Studies show men experience higher rates of depression, anxiety, anger and shame, which can lead to addiction. Pressure to be “tough” often causes a reluctance to seek treatment. And with a tendency toward fewer close ties, men often lack strong support systems. Our men’s-only rehab focuses on such challenges.

Co-ed retreats offer distractions that can undermine healing and recovery. Our program deals with men’s issues head on — in a comfortable, supportive environment — helping clients uncover and transform their limiting beliefs.
